To check the status of your LLC Order:
1. Click on the following link: http://164.64.53.200/CorpSearch/CorpSearch.aspx
2. Enter the name of your LLC(s) into the search box and then scroll down the page. Once you see it show up on this site you will receive your documents a few days later depending on mail delivery time. Processing time at the State is usually within 8 – 12 weeks unless you ordered the expedited service which takes about 10 days.
3. If your LLC does not show up on the State website within a reasonable amount of time you can call them directly at 505-827-4511 for a status report.
